Coming Soon -- Robert-Morton  3/11 Theatre Organ

This 1927 Robert-Morton three manual,  beauty was originally built for the 2000 seat Capitol Theatre in Steubenville, Ohio. It was meticulously restored in the 1980's and is maintained by the Sooner State Chapter of the ATOS. It is housed on the campus of the Tulsa Technical College in Broken Arrow, OK.  The pipes and percussions are installed in two  chambers.  The white and gold console is stored in a secure garage just off the platform.  The original mechanical relay has been replaced with a solid stage system.

The organ will be recorded note for note and virtually assembled  with a versatile organ definition file (ODF.)   The combination system shall include a minimum of 35 preset pistons and a crescendo pedal.  Expression pedals shall provide for both accompaniment, and solo chambers, and perhaps a percussion chamber.  Second touch will be available on the accompaniment manual.  There are 12 couplers, but more will be considered.  There are 4 tremulants.  At least the Tibia Clausa and Solo reeds will be recorded with and without active tremulants.

24 bit,  48k stereo samples, pipes recorded in Mid/Side stereo,  percussions and effects recorded in mono.  The sample files require approximately ?? gig of memory.    The samples are recorded dry,  additional reverberation is recommended for proper presentation in smaller rooms.

The samples  and the organ definition file (ODF) are delivered via download or DVD.  This sample set is compatible with the advanced, basic and free versions of Hauptwerk.    Requirements and Limitations

Tuning: A=440 Hz  Equal Temperament .
