Specifications for Amplifiers and ProcessingAging amplifiers can choke the life from an otherwise vibrant instrument. Organ Expressions can specify new third party amplifiers to work with existing or new speaker systems. OE also uses newer digital system processors to provide precision calibration and voicing to new speakers and amplifiers to the given applications. These professional quality tools have excellent manufacturer's warrantees and use common audio interfacing connections. In some regions of the country, onsite installation is available. For those regions not covered by the OE team, specifications can be written so that a local AV contractor, or an experienced electrician can assemble and interconnect all the components. Key Benefits

SPECIFICATIONS EXAMPLE - Kendall Chapel Package The Kendall Chapel Package has been prepared for use with a simple stereo instrument. This package of speakers includes two Accent two-way speakers, one Dopple Bass sub woofer and two Ambiance two-way speakers. The Accent and Dopple Bass work together to form a biamplified, three way system for the main organ sound. The Ambiance speakers reproduce the created reverberation. To optimize this dual stereo system a 2 x 4 digital processor would be used to create the discrete outputs. {Inputs 1 and 2 shall receive the Left and Right feeds. Output 1 shall be the mid/high left signal. Output 2 shall be the low right signal. These main outputs shall feed both the Accent speakers and an effects unit for reverb. Output 3 shall be the left low signal. Output 4 shall be the right low signal.} SCHEMATICS The left and right mid/high signals shall feed to a moderate dual channel amplifier and route to the Accent speakers. The left and right low signals shall feed to a large dual channel amplifier and route to the Traverse Bass sub woofers. The left and right reverb signals shall feed to a small dual channel amplifier and route to the Ambiance speakers. One choice of components for the Kendall Chapel Packaged System to be used in a living room would be: 2 Stewart PA50b dual channel, 25 watt amplifiers 1 Stewart WORLD 1200 dual channel, 200 watt amplifier 1 BBE DS26 2 x 6 digital speaker management processor 1 Lexicon MX300 stereo digital effects processor (reverb) 1 Furman M8 rack mounting AC line filter/outlet strip Additional components required include a small rack to house the electronics, mounting kits for the amplifiers, interconnection wires and connectors, quality speaker cabling (code rated) and some time to program and tune the speaker management processor. This is an example for a hypothetical space such as a very small chapel or living room installation. For use in larger rooms, some of the components would change to better meet the need.
